Hip-Hop heavyweight Eminem teams up Rihanna on 'Love The Way You Lie', a track lifted from his eagerly anticipated 'Recovery' LP (due June 22nd), While Em excels on the guitar-driven mid-tempo, the same can not be said for runway RiRi, who attempts to do vocal acrobatics without posessing the necessary skills -- resulting in a pain-inducing hook. Still, on paper, this is a good look for both artists, which in itself could garner the track enough attention (from radio and iTunes) to ensure it be a hit. Take a listen below...

I'm Dana Ward at the ClevverTV studio and today we're talking about the brand spankin' new video from Eminem. Of course, Not Afraid officially debuted on MTV. The song talks about Eminem's recovery from his addiction to prescription meds, and it starts with him talking directly to camera as he's standing on the edge of a city building roof. There are bunch of shots of him rapping passionately in a room alone, but there are also cool segments where he's walking the city streets, at one point, almost getting lost in a mirrored maze. He breaks through a mirror slash bricked wall and re-emerges in the metropolitan area. We find that Em has reached the end of a road - it's a major cliff at the edge of the city. He jumps, falling down and suddenly starts flying past everyone in the city to the very top of the building at the edge of the building roof, right where Eminem started the whole song. Not Afraid has already hit top spots on Billboard charts and it's one track off of Em's much anticipated upcoming album, Recovery, set to hit the public on June 22nd. Eminem actually raps in this song that his last album Relapse was ehh and he's definitely thinking that this one is gonna be "the one". What do you guys think about this vid and its album?
