Sammi Hanratty is no stranger to the big and small screen, making her television movie debut starring opposite Lacey Chabert and Wendie Malick in ABC Family's "Hello Sister, Goodbye Life." Sammi quickly built her resume with notable guest star and recurring roles on ABCs "Pushing Daisies" (Young Chuck), "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody", "House M.D.", and CBS' "The Unit" with her older sister Danielle [Hanratty]. One of Sammi's favorite roles to play was "Chrissa Maxwell" in HBO Films' "An American Girl: Chrissa Stands Strong." "Chrissa" is American Girl's '2009 Girl of the Year' doll; a 10-year-old girl who stands strong and speaks out against bullying. This year, Sammi completed filming a lead role in "The Lost Medallion: The Adventures of Billy Stone" which gave her the opportunity to travel to Thailand. Sammi has had the honor of working alongside established actors and directors such as Cuba Gooding Jr. and Ray Liotta in "Hero Wanted", and Jim Carrey in Robert Zemeckis' "A Christmas Carol." She just completed filming "The Greening of Whitney Brown" as the title character.
