We recently did a project on relaxation techniques and therapies in my Health class, and Tracy and I chose humor therapy as our topic. Part of the project involved a demonstration, so I put this together for the class. Included are the comedians Ellen Degeneres, Mitch Hedburg, Demetri Martin, and Eddie Izzard.
