(Nur unter Einwirkung von ATP) Aufbau: - Monomere -- bestehen aus einer Proteinkette - Oligomere -- bestehen aus mehreren Proteinketten - Multienzymkomplex: Zusammenhängende Monomere und Oligomere Enzymhemmung: (Aktivität von einem Enzym wird herabgesetzt) Hemmstoff: Inhibitor. - reversible Hemmung: Wenig Substrate = Enzyme werden vorrübergehend gehemmt Mehr Substrate = Enzyme werden wider aktiviert - irreversible Hemmung: Enzyme werden nie mehr gebraucht = Enzyme für immer gehemmt Wissenswertes: - sehr anpassungsfähig - auch in der Signaltransduktion tätig - Verteidigung für den Organismus Enzymdefekt: - Aktivität vermindert bzw. nicht vorhanden -- schwerwiegende Krankheiten, Überempfindlichkeit/Allergie, Entiwicklungsverzögerungen Viel Spaß beim Anschauen.
