Before taking on the famous role of Dr. Gregory House from FOX's hit tv series 'House M.D.',english actor Hugh Laurie starred as supporting actor in popular movies like 101 Dalmatians,Sense And Sensibility,Man In The Iron Mask,Peter's Friends or Stuart Little,was the voice of many characters from animated films or was leading in british low buget films like Maybe Baby or the present Chica De Rio(a.k.a. The Girl From Rio). Laurie stars as the samba obsessed bank employee who's life only gets to really turn upside down when he flies to Brazil,Rio De Janeiro from London to find the woman he always daydreams of and he carries on his back this romantic comedy,often shining in his comedic moments. It's fun to watch and great entertainment. After becoming internationally famous with House he can't be seen to often in film projects,he had smaller parts in notable titles like the remake of Flight Of The Phoenix or Street Kings. Enjoy!
